Our Services

Supersphere Inc. provides monodrive, a hosted, batteries-included service for running gbrain: a managed company brain that connects your data sources, keeps an always-on index, and exposes context to your team and coding agents over MCP.

monodrive is an independent commercial service. gbrain is an open-source project available under the MIT license, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by its authors, Y Combinator, or Garry Tan.

Information on the Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where use is lawful. Users who access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Accounts and Access

Access is currently rolled out gradually and may require an invitation or waitlist approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping credentials, API keys, and MCP tokens confidential.

You are responsible for the users, agents, and integrations you authorize to access your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

We own or license the content, design, text, graphics, images, software, functionality, trademarks, service marks, and other materials made available through the Service, excluding open-source components which remain subject to their own licenses.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly allowed by us in writing.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents, messages, transcripts, and other data you connect to or upload into monodrive. You grant us a limited license to host, process, index, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect the sources you connect, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.

User Representations

• Information you submit will be accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of submitted account, billing, and contact information.
• You have legal capacity and authority to use the Service and submit requests.
• You will not use the Service through automated or non-human means except through the interfaces and APIs we provide.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Service will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Plans, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at the time of purchase. Plan inclusions, usage allowances, and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting an active subscription.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law or stated in writing, payments are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Usage allowances described as generous are subject to fair-use limits and abuse protections. We may contact you about, rate limit, or suspend usage that materially exceeds normal patterns.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than the purpose for which we make it available.

• Systematically retrieving data or content to create a competing collection, database, or product feed without written permission.
• Tricking, defrauding, misleading, harassing, abusing, or harming us, our users, or other third parties.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security, access control, rate limits, or other Service protections.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, corrupted files, or other harmful material.
• Using bots, scripts, or crawlers outside of our documented interfaces, or reselling access to the Service without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or connecting data you are not authorized to access.
• Using the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Third-Party Products and Services

The Service integrates with third-party systems including source providers, model providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, warranties, or services except as expressly stated in writing. Your use of a third-party integration may be governed by that provider's own terms.

AI Output

monodrive uses automated retrieval and language models to generate answers and context. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and it is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for any decision, code change, or communication.

Beta and Early Access

Parts of the Service may be offered as beta or early access. Those features are provided as is, may change or be discontinued, and may be less reliable than generally available features.

Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

Disclaimer

The Service and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supersphere Inc. disclaims warranties and representations relating to the Service, website content, and use of the Service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supersphere Inc. excludes liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law or where separate written terms expressly provide otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
