- Waitlist and onboarding information such as what you want to achieve with monodrive, team size, and the tools you would like to connect.
- Customer Content processed on your behalf, including documents, emails, meeting transcripts, chat messages, and other sources you connect to your workspace.
- Integration metadata such as connected account identifiers, workspace names, permission scopes, and sync status.
- Messages and communications sent through forms, email, or other support channels.

How We Use Information

- To operate your hosted gbrain workspace, index connected sources, answer queries, and serve context to your agents and MCP clients.

Customer Content and AI Processing
Customer Content is yours. We process it to run your workspace: indexing, embedding, retrieval, and generating answers for the users and agents you authorize.
We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models, and we do not sell it. Where the Service uses third-party model providers to generate responses, content is sent only as needed to fulfill your request under agreements that prohibit training on that data.
Access to Customer Content by our personnel is limited to what is necessary for support, security, and operating the Service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Personal Data and Customer Content only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account support, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records.
You may disconnect a source or request deletion or correction of your data by contacting us. On account closure we delete or anonymize workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or a legitimate business obligation.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
